The hotline number serves as a lifeline to those who may be feeling overwhelmed, in need of emotional assistance and possibly considering suicide. Together you explore alternatives to help stabilize your situation. It is important to remember “you are not alone” when a crisis occurs. You may remain anonymous when you call HELPline, all conversations are confidential.
